Current production times for made to order and bespoke (select your own stone) items is 3-4 weeks. Ready to ship items will ship within 1-3 business days of purchase. Custom order timelines vary (per agreement.)
Please let me know if there is a specific date you are hoping to have your order in hand as rush orders can often be arranged (rush fees will apply) and shipping can always be upgraded to a more expedited shipping method.

Returns & Exchanges
I offer exchanges on many styles (made to measure rings, bespoke pieces, and custom orders not applicable) however refunds will not be given. Exchanges and issuance of store credit only. Shipping charges for returned and re-issued items are the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be returned in pristine, unused condition and in original packaging (with all applicable jewelry tags) within 14 days of delivery. Items deemed unsuitable or ineligible for return/exchange may be refused and sent back to owner as-is.
To begin processing a return or exchange please contact me within 2 business days of delivery.
Repairs & Ring Resizing
Please inspect your jewelry, stone settings, etc. thoroughly when your parcel arrives. If an item arrives damaged (in most cases) it will be repaired/replaced free of charge. If you have this experience please contact me within 48 hours of delivery to let me know that your piece has arrived damaged (please include photos of said damage in your email.)
Any damage occurring to a piece under your care (the customer/buyer) is your responsibility. While I am happy to fix maintenance related repair issues whenever possible, charges will be applied for time and materials.
Many ring styles (though not all) can be resized. Ring resizing fees and maintenance related repair fees are evaluated on a case by case basis - please use the "contact us" form to obtain a repair or resizing quote.
